Conditioned Play Audiometry (CPA) allows an audiologist to test the hearing of very young toddlers and preschoolers. It is a diagnostic behavioural hearing test for aged 3 to 5.

Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) or Auditory Steady State Response (ASSR) are objective hearing assessments for child who is unable to perform behavioural hearing test. The test often done in sleep.

In Soundlife, we encourage our customer to send their hearing aids to the respective brand (Oticon/Phonak/Rexton/Siemens) manufacturer/ lab yearly for general service to ensure the hearing aid lifespan longer.
During the hearing aid warranty period, the service is free.
The hearing aid service will take around 2 to 3 weeks.
If the hearing aid warranty has expired, then the service costs between RM300 to RM900.
RM50 is charged for audiologist consultation and hearing aid checking.
